For our client in the Green Hydrogen Division, based in Vienna, we are seeking a Commissioning Manager (m/f/d). Your Responsibilities

Planning, steering, and coordinating all commissioning and start-up activities for large-scale green hydrogen plants within an EPC environment
Technical and organizational leadership of the commissioning team as well as on-site suppliers
Central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding all commissioning-related matters
Coordinating interfaces with clients and other project participants within the scope of commissioning and start-up
Contributing to project schedules as well as progress and status reports for commissioning activities
Resource planning in accordance with contractual requirements, while adhering to the project cost budget
Documenting deviations and developing and implementing appropriate countermeasures
Planning and conducting regular commissioning meetings, as well as participating in client and coordination meetings
Ensuring full compliance with client specifications regarding Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality of execution
Providing technical guidance and professional development for junior engineers, as well as actively facilitating knowledge transfer and sharing best practices

Your Profile

More than 10 years of professional experience in the commissioning of process plants—ideally in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant sectors
Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience in leading technical and multicultural teams
Excellent understanding of process, electrical, and automation engineering for industrial plants
Strong leadership skills and a robust, goal-oriented mindset
Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative industries within a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented personality
High willingness to travel (over 80%)
