Project Manager, Plant Engineering (m/f/d)
Independent management of projects in the field of plant planning, including the leadership of assigned staff members.
• Project management encompasses all project phases: from concept development and feasibility studies, through basic and detailed engineering, to realization and project completion.
• Collaboration with and support for interdisciplinary teams regarding technical and specialized topics.
• Responsibility for project costs, quality, and schedules.
• Oversight and coordination of external service providers engaged for the project.
• Coordination and communication with plant managers/engineers and relevant specialist departments.
Your Profile:
• A completed degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline or qualification.
• Initial professional experience as a Project Manager in the chemical industry is a prerequisite.
• An independent, systematic, and results-oriented working style.
• Strong teamwork skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A strong sense of responsibility and cost-consciousness.
• A “hands-on” mentality, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
